Our programs support youth facing mental health challenges, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and substance use, along with services for their families.
Who can make a referral?
Parents, guardians, caseworkers, schools, healthcare providers and partner agencies can all contact us about a placement.
How do I start the admissions process?
Email info@conqer.org with a short description of the child's needs. Our admissions team will follow up with next steps.
Are families involved in care?
Yes. We believe healing works best when the whole family is supported, and we work with parents and guardians throughout a child's stay.
